We offer two options for managing intellectual property related to the formulas and technologies for the production of one or more cosmetic products:

Transfer of Rights to the Formula – In this case, you purchase the rights to the formula of the desired product and become its owner. This gives you the freedom to manufacture the product either at our facility or with another manufacturer of your choice. We commit to keeping the formula confidential, without using or sharing it with other clients. This option is suitable for established medium and large companies seeking full control over the production process.

Formula Leasing – In this option, we retain the rights to the formula while committing not to share it with other clients or produce the product for other partners as long as manufacturing takes place in our facility. In case of termination of the collaboration, we offer the option to purchase the formula or discontinue its use permanently. This option is ideal for startups with a limited budget and smaller production volumes, providing flexibility and growth opportunities.
Creation Process
The process of creating your cosmetic product includes several key steps, as follows:

Gathering information regarding the concept of the cosmetic product by completing the necessary documents.

Choosing and finalizing the packaging design, with each client having the option to choose from our available packaging options.

Development of the formula and approval of the sample with a code.

Starting the production process.
Additional services:
Our team of experts is ready to provide professional assistance with the ordering of labels, checking their content, as well as with the selection and ordering of packaging and accessories. For your convenience, we also offer the preparation of the PIF (Product Information File), Safety Assessment of the cosmetic product, and CPNP registration (European Cosmetic Product Notification Portal). These services are provided for an additional fee according to our price list.
