SHOPPING
PAPINOCOSMETICS.COM allows its visitors to shop remotely. Shopping for goods through the Website can be done in the following ways:
4.1. Through registration of a user account.
The order information includes a list of ordered products, the customer’s name, contact phone number, and delivery address. By registering, the customer actively chooses to accept these Terms and Conditions.
4.2. Without registration of a user account.
The order information includes a list of ordered products, the customer’s name, contact phone number, and delivery address. When purchasing without registration, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is required for each order.
4.3. Order Cancellation
The buyer has the right to cancel their order at any time before the order has been dispatched for delivery. In this case, the purchase contract is considered terminated.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE
The user has the right to return a purchased item from the website within 14 days, in accordance with Bulgarian legislation, specifically the Consumer Protection Act, Article 50.
Upon withdrawal from a purchase, the full amount paid by the buyer will be refunded within 10 business days.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in commercial condition, i.e., unused and with the original packaging intact.
In case of withdrawal from the purchase, the buyer must bear the cost of return shipping.
PAYMENTS
Payments on the Website related to product purchases are made exclusively through Postal Money Transfer (PMT).
CHANGES TO THE TERMS
PAPINOCOSMETICS.COM may change, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, from time to time.
It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically and ensure that you are in continuous compliance with them.
Using the Services after such changes or modifications shall be deemed as explicit acceptance of the amended Terms and your agreement to be bound by them.
TRANSLATION OF TERMS
PAPINOCOSMETICS.COM may provide translations of the Bulgarian version of the Terms into other languages.
You understand and agree that the translation of the Terms into other languages is provided for your convenience only, and that the Bulgarian version shall govern your relationship with PAPINOCOSMETICS.COM.
In case of discrepancies between the Bulgarian version and any translation, the Bulgarian version shall prevail.

17.3. These Terms, as well as any rights and obligations related to them, shall be governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes between the Parties arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian court.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, such part shall be considered severed from the remainder of the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
TERMINATION
19.1. You may terminate the Terms at any time by closing your User Profile, stopping the use of the Website, or providing PAPINOCOSMETICS.COM with a notice of termination.
19.2. We may close your User Profile, suspend your ability to use parts of the Website, and/or prohibit your access to the Services entirely, with or without cause, without notice or any liability.
